AMBASSADOR HANNAH CHAMPIONS STRATEGIC CAMPAIGN TO ELIMINATE CHEMICAL FERTILIZERS IN THE SOUTHERN BENIN REPUBLIC.

Ambassador Hannah Champions Strategic Campaign to Eliminate Chemical Fertilizers in the Southern Benin Republic.

The use of chemical fertilizers remains prevalent among farmers in the Southern Benin Republic—a practice that poses significant threats to public health, compromises food safety, and contributes to environmental degradation through air and water pollution.
 
In direct response to these challenges, Ambassador Hannah has launched a strategic campaign to eliminate the use of chemical fertilizers and promote the adoption of organic alternatives.

This initiative forms part of a broader vision to encourage healthier living, ensure food safety, and foster environmentally sustainable farming practices.

As a key component of the campaign, 50 units of organic bio-fertilizer were produced and distributed to local agricultural cooperatives.

These cooperatives, along with agronomy students, are currently engaged in targeted training sessions designed to raise awareness about the dangers of chemical inputs and equip participants with practical knowledge on the safe and effective use of bio-fertilizers.

Through this intervention, Ambassador Hannah is catalyzing a shift toward safer, more sustainable agriculture in the Southern Benin Republic.
