To be eligible for the award, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Eligibility Status
Be a citizen of an African country
Be between the ages of 16 to 25
Membership and Participation
Be a registered FALF Leadership Initiative Network (LIN) member and participate in the Leadership Initiative Award (LIA) at the Intermediate level.
Demonstrate exemplary leadership by carrying out mentorship or personal development programs that impact no less than 1,000 young people.
All 1,000 and above beneficiaries must be registered to the FALF Leadership Initiative Network (LIN) using your referral link.
Projects and Report
Only projects carried out under any of the FALFs 7 sectors will be considered.
Please submit the report of your projects in a well-written 1,000-word citation with supported media. Refer to the attached media guide for more information.
Submit 3-5-minute videos of all your projects in the last two (2) years, showcasing your work, beneficiaries and sponsors. Refer to the attached media guide for more information.
