The Future Africa Leaders Foundation hosted its cocktail reception on January 3, 2023, bringing together present and past winners of the Future Africa Leaders Awards recognized for their significant contributions to their communities and countries.

They expressed gratitude to the President of the Future Africa Leaders Foundation, Rev. Dr. Chris Oyakhilome DSc. DSc. DD., for providing opportunities to contribute to their nation through project execution.
The event was graced by the presence of Pastor Dr Deola Phillips, Director of the Future Africa Leaders Foundation, who presented grants worth $10,000 to each of the ten winners and an additional $25,000 to the star prize recipient, Mariama Gendemeh from Sierra Leone.
