Higher Institute of Management Studies Leadership Academy 2020- (HIMSLA 2020).

The Higher Institute of Management Studies is one of the leading professional Universities in terms of Business administration, management, marketing, and accounting in Cameroon. HIMSA-HIMS Leadership Academy 2020 was organized by the School with the objective to develop core competency in transformational leadership, boost the personal leadership quality for success in career and daily life, to develop increased competence in Teamwork amongst others.

2018 FALA Winner, Ngassa Merlin was a privileged the train the more than 50 participants(Students) on Personal Leadership which he termed Leadership beyond the public eye, inspiring them on how he became a Future Africa Leader Award Winner and the importance of catching a vision while in school and how to develop the leader within through personal leadership.

We commend Merlin for always inspiring Leadership amongst young people.
