HOW DO I REGISTER?

• Click registration button to register from the homepage.
Fill in data and select choice solution,
Create and enter username and password to get a customized or personal login page
Get a confirmation message in your mailbox.
A proposal form will be sent to you to fill; answering questions or giving details on how you intend to carry out your choice solution.
Get another mail of approval to carry on with your choice solution.

BENEFIT AND AWARD SYSTEM

• Basic Solution Category:
Participants in this category will be awarded with certificates and an e-badge.

• Intermediate Solution Category:
Participants will be who have successfully completed this stage will be awarded a certificate and e-badge, chest badge of FALF logo (hard copy) will be sent to participants

• Advance Solution Category:
Certificate and e-badge, chest badge of FALF logo (hard copy), Plaque and cash prize will be awarded to top five participants in each region in Africa with the opportunity to attend any of FALF International Training Program.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE


Click on “to register” on the homepage
Fill the bio data form and submit
Check through the lists of projects you can possibly execute
Pick a project you will like to start with
Execute the project properly and submit report
Move to the next stage, register more people to the platform and execute your stage 2 task and submit the report
Move to the final stage, register more people and execute your final task, submit your report and submit the names of two (2) guarantor with their phone numbers and email

WHAT IS LEADERSHIP INITIATIVE AWARD ABOUT?

The LEADERSHIP INITIATIVE AWARD is a program by the Future Africa Leaders Foundation with a goal of identifying, raising and recognizing young leaders within the ages of 16 – 29, in Africa who are impacting their societies positively. This initiative is aimed at addressing the United Nations Sustainability Development Goals such as; No Poverty, No Hunger, Good Health, Quality Education, Gender Equality, Clean and Sanitation, Renewable Energy, Good Jobs and Economic Growth, etc. in Africa, by encouraging young Africa leaders to be the change agents and the solution in their various African societies.

AWARDS LEVEL AND CATEGORY

Stage 1
Participants are expected to register on the sub-site, after which a mail will be sent to their mailbox to confirm their successful registration.
First time participant will choose any solution (programs, services and projects) under the Basic Solution Category and execute it.
Participant is expected to upload and submit report (scripts, pictures and video format) of solution(s) after which he/she can proceed to the next level if desired.

Stage 2
Participants in intermediate solution are expected to register 50 youth, select and carry out any solution of your choice.
Participants are expected to summit report of their solution and must ensure at least 25 youth of the 50 registered carry out and summit reports of any solution under the Basic Solution Category of their choice to proceed to the next stage.

Stage 3
Participants in Advance Solutionare expected to carry out any solution of their choice under this category and register 100 youth for stage 1.
To complete this stage, participants are expected to summit report of solution in video and picture formats with a brief but detailed script on the impact of the solution(s) and ensure 50 of the 100-registered youth carry out any solution of their choice.

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY REPORT?

Firstly, you need to sign in with your username and password. Click on the menu option on the top of the page, when you click on the menu you will see the different things you can do. You will also see the “submit report” option, click on it, it will take you to a page where you will need to fill in some vital information relating to the project you have organized. You will also find where to upload your pictures alongside the written report. When you have filled the form correctly, you can then click on “submit report” option below the form.

HOW DO I PUBLICISE LIA?

To publicize LIA you need to download your publicity postcard that will contain your picture photograph. To get this you will need to upload your picture on the “share my post card” on the dashboard menu. Once you upload your picture, you will be able to download your customized postcard. When you have this postcard send it to all your contacts with a brief caption to follow the post card. Post it on all your social media platforms and chat up people one on one on it to get their feed backs. You can also publicize the LIA by having massive youth conferences in your city and play Short videos from the Future Africa Leaders Foundation and explain in detail what the LIA is all about.

HOW DO I INVITE PEOPLE TO JOIN LIA?

To know how to invite people to join LIA, you must know how to publicize it (please kindly read through how to publicize LIA). To invite someone for LIA you need to have a targeted set of people, send your customized postcard with a little caption and your referral link to the target. Encourage them to read through the contents of the website, explain to them how they can go about it. Follow them up until they register and start something.

HOW DO I VIEW MY REFERRALS?

Firstly, you need to sign in with your username and password. Click on menu on the top of the dashboard page, when you click on the menu you will see the different things you can do. You will also see the “View Referrals” option, click on it and you will be able to see all your referrals.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

It is very important to use FALF customized T-shirts and caps when organizing a program. This will enable the foundation to know and trust all your reports because a report that doesn’t have anything to show that the program was done for LIA might not be used in grading applicants. You are advised to download the T-shirt and cap design from the resource icon on the menu. REMEMBER TO RECORD YOUR PROJECT, TAKE QUALITY PICTURES AND UPLOAD IT ON YOUR DASHBOARD
